Day one was very interesting. I had a headache most of the day. Undoubtedly due to caffeine withdrawals. The amount of fluids I had to consume had me drinking all day long. I didn't have any time to get hungry. I did two smoothies for breakfast and lunch. 32 oz of the cleanse mixture and then had kale and corn enchiladas for dinner- thanks to www.thefresh20.com.
I got up this morning to weigh and I was DOWN 3.5 lbs. I know the weight will come off fast at first since I have so much to lose, but every partial pound will be celebrated!
